RETURNS POLICY: 

STORE CREDITS ONLY - STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

• All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit (Excluding under garments and accessories)
• Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (smoke,etc)
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an iCandy Room error ( Incorrect or defective item etc)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. 

• We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages , All Priority Mail packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation with Insurance up to $100

SHIPPING:

• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing 
• Priority Domestic Shipping is 3-5 business days Insured
• Domestic Express Orders 1-2 Business Days

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

• In the event of a lost package the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping Company.  It is not the responsibility of The iCandy Room.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE:

In the event a package is unclaimed USPS will return back to The iCandy Room, We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed. If no contact is made within 30 days, we will issue a store credit minus shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages.
